Today I am so excited to share with you some of the pictures from our Christmas card photo shoot. Before we get into that, I want to say that I realize I have not been very consistent with my posts and for that I apologize. Being new to blogging, along with a new state, house, job, etc. plus grad school full time has been a lot to deal with. I am happy to say that after six months (can you believe we've been in SF for six months?!?) I finally feel settled. We've gotten into a routine and met some wonderful people. Texas and Oklahoma still have a huge piece of my heart and I hope and pray that God will bring us back there one day. I have learned so much over these last six months and I am so thankful for my relationship with Jesus for carrying me through along with my wonderful family and friends back home who haven't forgotten about me! I guess with Thanksgiving around the corner I am reminded even more about all of my blessings. All of that to say that I am committing myself to three posts a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) starting NOW!!! I am working with an amazing photographer and we have some fun stuff planned so be sure to check back frequently!
Okay enough sappy stuff and back to some fun pictures in front of the beautiful Painted Ladies in San Francisco! Y'all, these houses are one of my favorite touristy things to go see in the city. Being a huge fan of Full House growing up, I've always loved seeing the gorgeous bay windows and bright, unique colors of these houses. I thought these would be the perfect backdrop for our Christmas card pictures this year. I must give myself a little credit on being so on top of things this year! Last year, we snapped a quick pic at Thanksgiving and I didn't get cards mailed till right before Christmas. Oops. I hope you enjoy this little snapshot of our new home!
